General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply in their entirety to all orders placed on our website or by paper order.

1. Products

A detailed description of the products can be found on our website. We reserve the right to modify our product range and/or prices.

2. Awards

Product prices are given in Euros, inclusive of all taxes. Postage is free for orders of 100.00 Euros or more, for orders delivered by post.
There is a €15.00 charge for orders delivered to your home. WITHOUT signature and €18.00 for those WITH signature.

3. Controls

The customer is responsible for verifying the accuracy and completeness of the information provided (billing address, delivery address, etc.). Under no circumstances can we be held responsible for delays or errors in delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.

4. Online ordering

Once the desired products have been selected, a summary order form appears on the screen, which the customer may modify if necessary. If this summary order form corresponds to the customer's wishes, the customer validates this first page and then the second confirmation page. After this second validation, the customer's order is final. The customer will receive an acknowledgement of receipt of their order by e-mail as soon as possible. Any complaints may be sent to our company at the address given on the website or on the order form.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address indicated when the order was placed and within the agreed delivery times (except in cases of force majeure). If the customer is absent when the postman comes, it is the customer's responsibility to take the necessary steps to collect the products under the conditions mentioned on the delivery note. In the event of damage or loss due to transport, it is the responsibility of the customer to state their reservations on the delivery note and to confirm them by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within three (3) days, not including public holidays, following receipt.

6. Right of withdrawal

If the customer placed his/her order as a consumer and is not satisfied with the products delivered, he/she has a period of fourteen (14) clear days from receipt of the products to return them to us in their original packaging, in perfect condition and request a refund. Products returned incomplete, damaged or soiled will not be accepted for return or refund.

7. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, payment is due immediately upon placing the order. Any delay in payment will automatically result in the application of a late payment penalty corresponding to three (3) times the legal interest rate.

8. Protection of personal data

We may need to collect and process some of your personal data, solely for reasons relating to ordering, delivery and information. Under NO circumstances will your personal data be sold to directories or service providers. JMC TECHNOLOGIES SAS formally undertakes to do so.

9. Product conformity - Warranties

We guarantee our products for two (2) years in accordance with the legal provisions in force. An extension of the guarantee to three (3) years is possible under specific conditions and product types.

10. Retention of title clause

Products are sold under reservation of title until full payment has been received.

11. Applicable law - Jurisdiction

The relationship between the parties is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Sales are made under the following conditions Departures" We accept no responsibility for loss or theft of uninsured shipments.
